As a Recruitment Administrator you will:

  • Complete and maintain accurate registration and application data
  • Load, code and advertise roles, supporting targeted candidate outreach
  • Support recruiters by reviewing applications and flagging suitable candidates
  • Manage candidate registrations through social channels and inboxes, directing enquiries to the right teams
  • Carry out job board administration and CV-building sessions with candidates
  • Support recruitment and compliance processes, ensuring documentation and records are completed correctly
  • Assist with payroll and hours administration
