Our client is seeking a Bid Writer to join our team. In this role, you will develop high-quality written and visual responses for pre-qualifications (PQQs) and tenders. You will ensure our submissions meet exact client requirements while effectively showcasing industry-leading infrastructure solutions.
Key Accountabilities
- Write Winning Content: Draft unique responses for PQQs and Tenders, including project case studies, experience profiles, and tailored team CVs.
- Facilitate Storyboarding: Lead and support storyboarding sessions with technical subject matter experts, owning content creation from concept to completion.
- Integrate Visuals: Design and prepare graphics, flow charts, diagrams, and organisation charts to enhance the visual impact of our submissions.
- Review & Edit: Review first drafts during the red review process, support contributors, and edit/proofread text to ensure a uniformly high standard.
- Process & Systems Management: Ensure total compliance with Work Winning procedures and maintain our Document Management System for future audit and review.
- Collaborative Support: Partner with the Head of Bid Management, Business Development Managers, and Bid Managers to deliver timely submissions under tight deadline pressures.
