Carmichael UK is seeking an experienced Structures Sub Agent to join a major highways infrastructure project in Canterbury. You will manage sections of the structures package, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate subcontractors and site teams, review RAMS/ITPs, monitor progress, and support change management while mentoring engineers on site.
