We are currently seeking a motivated Graduate / Junior Site Engineer to join a growing highways delivery team based in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their engineering career who is looking to gain hands-on site experience and progress into a Supervisor role.
You will be working on highways and infrastructure projects, supporting site management teams and developing the technical and leadership skills required to move into a supervisory position.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting with day-to-day site engineering duties on highways projects
- Setting out, surveying, and quality checks
- Supporting supervisors and site managers with planning and site coordination
- Ensuring works are carried out in line with specifications, drawings, and health & safety standards
- Liaising with subcontractors and site operatives
- Maintaining accurate site records and reports
- Degree qualified
- Keen interest in highways and civil engineering projects
- Willingness to learn and develop towards a Supervisor role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work full time on site in Slough
- £280 per day (Umbrella PAYE)
