About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join our clients' team on a major civil engineering project at Stansted Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality infrastructure and building works in a dynamic and safety-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and costs against programme and budget.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and airport authorities to maintain strong working relationships.
- Prepare and review risk assessments, method statements, and site documentation.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of airport or infrastructure works is desirable.

- Relevant qualifications (e.g., HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent).
- CSCS and SMSTS certifications required.
