We are working with a well-established plant hire business in Bridgnorth who are seeking a Logistics Manager to take ownership of their busy operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational and communication skills to step into a leadership role within a growing company.

The Role

As Logistics Manager, you will oversee the daily transport and logistics operations, ensuring the smooth delivery and collection of plant hire equipment. You’ll be responsible for managing a small team (2 direct reports), scheduling movements, and ensuring all compliance and customer requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily logistics and transport operations.
  • Lead and support a small team, ensuring clear communication and effective workload management.
  • Liaise with clients to provide excellent service and resolve any issues quickly.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant transport and health & safety regulations.
