A leading Tier 1 engineering contractor is seeking a proactive and driven Recruitment Resourcer to support the delivery of high-volume and specialist recruitment across major infrastructure and engineering projects. The role is based in a great location in Milton Keyes close to the Train Station.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and the wider HR/recruitment team, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across disciplines such as civil engineering, M&E, commercial, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and direct headhunting.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles including Site Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and specialist technical roles.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments/interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Write and post job adverts aligned with project and business needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop relationships with candidates, ensuring a strong employer brand experience.
- Assist with onboarding processes including compliance checks and documentation.
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Resourcer, Recruitment Consultant, or Talent Acquisition Coordinator (ideally within construction, engineering, or infrastructure).
- Strong sourcing capability across multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, job boards).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS systems.
