We are currently seeking an experienced Agent to join our team working on a high-profile project at RAF Coningsby, one of the RAF’s key operational bases. This is an excellent opportunity to work on secure, technically challenging construction works within a live defence environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure programme targets are met
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental, and security regulations
- Liaise with the client, consultants, and stakeholders on a live RAF site
- Monitor quality control, progress reporting, and site documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Agent or similar role within construction or civil engineering
- Experience working on MOD, defence, or other secure sites (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and site management procedures
- CSCS (essential)
- Ability to pass security clearance (BPSS minimum; higher clearance an advantage)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
