Carmichael UK is recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to support highways works with a Tier 1 contractor in Lincolnshire, working on a delivery-focused scheme involving kerbing, surfacing, and drainage (gullies).
This role would suit an engineer with solid highways experience who is comfortable working closely with site teams to ensure works are delivered safely, accurately, and to specification.
The Role
- Setting out and overseeing highways works including kerbs, surfacing, and gully installation
- Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Carrying out QA checks and maintaining site records
- Supporting the management of subcontractors and site operatives
