Carmichael UK are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a major Tier 1 highways scheme in Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile infrastructure project, supporting the successful delivery of significant highways and civil engineering works.
Responsibilities:
- Setting out and surveying works in accordance with design requirements
- Managing quality assurance processes and maintaining ITPs
- Producing and reviewing site documentation including as-builts
- Supporting subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently
- Ensuring work is carried out to programme and specification
- Liaising with design teams, project management and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer on highways or major infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of earthworks, drainage, pavements and associated highways works
- Competent in setting out using modern surveying equipment
- Experience producing quality records and as-built documentation
- CSCS Card required
- Full UK Driving Licence
