The Role
As a Section Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing engineering activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and project management to drive programme delivery on a high-profile aviation project.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and supervising engineering activities within your section of works.
- Preparing and writing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) for planned works.
- Producing, coordinating, and managing permits to work in accordance with site procedures.
- Setting out and surveying using modern equipment.
- Ensuring works are completed in accordance with specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
- Coordinating subcontractors and site teams to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
- Maintaining accurate site records, inspections, and progress reports.
