We’re working with a Tier 1 contractor delivering a major civils scheme near Seven Sisters, on the Sussex / Kent border, and they’re looking to bring in an experienced Site Agent with a strong piling and heavy civils background.
Flood Defence role - £500/day Umbrella PAYE
The Role:
- Day‑to‑day management of site operations on a piling‑led civils package
- Oversight of piling works (CFA, rotary, secant/contiguous) and associated civils
- Managing sub‑contractors, RAMS, permits and site safety
- Working closely with Engineers, Sub Agents and Project Management
- Driving programme, quality and health & safety standards
About You:
- Proven experience as a Site / Project Agent on heavy civils projects
- Strong piling experience essential
- Background with Tier 1 contractors
- Solid understanding of temporary works, concrete, earthworks & drainage
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
