We are seeking a highly organised Sub Agent with a civil engineering background and experience liaising with mechanical and electrical (M&E/MEP) teams on major infrastructure projects at Heathrow Airport. This role is ideal for someone who can coordinate subcontractors, monitor site progress, and ensure smooth delivery across multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the main point of contact for subcontractors on site
- Coordinating civil works and interfacing with M&E/MEP teams
- Monitoring progress, quality, and compliance within your area of responsibility
- Ensuring subcontractor work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Assisting with planning, reporting, and daily site operations
- Supporting senior engineers and site management with technical and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Background in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Experience as a Sub Agent, Subcontractor Coordinator, or similar role on major infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical interfaces within civil works
- Previous exposure to airport or aviation projects (Heathrow experience preferred)
- Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
