The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Site Engineers and Section Engineers to support a major runway paving programme at Heathrow Airport. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile aviation infrastructure project within a fast-paced airside environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting out and surveying for runway and airfield paving works.
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors and site activities.
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.
- Producing and reviewing QA documentation, ITPs and as-built records.
- Monitoring progress and reporting against programme requirements.
- Supporting site management teams with planning and delivery of night works.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer or Section Engineer on civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in paving, surfacing, asphalt, concrete or airfield/runway works is highly desirable.
- Proficient with setting out equipment and engineering documentation.
- Strong understanding of health, safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work permanent night shifts in a live operational airport environment.
