Your Role
As a Fleet & Training Administrator, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our fleet and staff training operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing company vehicle records, including MOT, servicing, insurance, and driver documentation
- Liaising with suppliers and employees regarding vehicle allocation and maintenance schedules
- Coordinating training bookings, renewals, and certifications for employees and contractors
- Maintaining accurate databases and training matrices
- Supporting audits and compliance checks for fleet and training documentation
- Assisting with general administration and reporting across the business
About You
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident using MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role (fleet or training admin desirable)
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
