Carmichael is seeking an experienced Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis based in Earls Cone, Essex.
The role is initially for 3 months with scope to extend.
Responsibilities
- Data entry to inhouse Contract Data System
- Assist with preparation of weekly timesheets as required
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Document creation
- Greet visitors and provide general support
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients where required
- Handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Filing important documentation away correctly
- Required qualifications and skills
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or working in an office environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Power Point, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
