Our Thame office is now looking for a talented Business Manager to lead business development and manage key client relationships, driving growth in a well-supported environment. What you’ll be doing: * Developing and managing a portfolio of clients within the construction and infrastructure sectors * Generating new business through networking, outreach, and strategic targeting * Managing the recruitment process from client briefing to candidate placement * Leading operational delivery and ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction * Meeting financial targets and contributing to the overall success of the Thame office What we’re looking for: * Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment (essential) * A strong communicator with the confidence to build lasting relationships * Commercially minded with a proactive and self-driven approach * Excellent organisational and time-management skills * Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or a B2B environment is highly desirable What we offer: * Competitive base salary of £25,000 – £32,000, depending on experience * Commission with genuine earning potential * Clear, achievable progression routes * Full training and support from a collaborative, experienced team * A friendly office in the heart of Thame * 25 days annual leave per annum * 2 days a week working from home * Private Healthcare * Pension Ready to be part of something bigger?
