Carmichael UK are looking for an I&M Engineer to work on the HS2 project in the Northamptonshire area.
Responsibilities will include:
- The installation, commissioning, operation and removal of instrumentation and monitoring in accordance with the Construction Programme related to the assets being monitored.
- Ensure baseline data readings are taken prior to construction, and in accordance with third party requirements as necessary, and that data is continuously available for the periods required.
- Critically analyse monitoring data from the operational I&M Systems (provided mostly by Subcontractors); take the lead for the relevant Designers/I&M Subcontractors to identify and assess trends and anomalies.
- Assist development of action plans for trigger breaches and implement actions where required.
- Assist the I&M Manager with management of the I&M Subcontractors.
- Management of the Clients and Third parties’ requirements, including related to interface and access.
About The Candidate:
- HNC/Degree (Construction/Civil Engineering related) or equivalent and working towards institute membership (ICE).
- You must hold a CSCS - White, White-Yellow, Red - Experienced, Black - Manager or Gold - Supervisor.
- You must hold a driving license and have access to a vehicle.
