Carmichael UK is excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Sub Agent to join our client on an airport surfacing programme in Oxfordshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the surfacing works, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit reports, progress claims, and other documentation as required.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are adhered to at all times.
- Assist in the management of budgets and resources effectively.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sub Agent within civil engineering projects, specifically in paving and airport works.
