Chef de Partie Carmelinas Location: Holborn, Central London Employment: Full-time Start Date: Opening Team Carmelinas is looking for an experienced and reliable Chef de Partie to join the opening team of our new restaurant in Central London. This role requires someone who has successfully run a grill or pasta section service before and can demonstrate this through previous employment, references and clear examples of the operation they were responsible for. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the section, preparation and service. Run a busy service in the section confidently and efficiently. Ensure the section is fully ready before service begins.
