Location: Caban, Carmarthenshire County Council
Hours Per Week: 24.00
Start Date: Immediate Start
Shifts will be 10pm β 6am Friday and Saturday with potential for more overnight shifts to cover annual leave.
Key responsibilities:- Meet and greet any late arrivals and show them to their accommodation.
- Report any maintenance or operational issues to the operations manager.
- Deal with any complaints following the complaints process set out.
- Undertake any necessary cleaning duties to the agreed quality standard as per schedule, ensuring relevant Health and Safety legislation is adhered to.
- Undertake any appropriate training and development that will support and enhance the provision of a professional service to customers of the facility.
- Follow Carmarthenshire County Council's customer care policy and be committed to the very highest standards of care to our customers.
- Deal with any car parking queries in a compliant manner.
- Undertake any other duties deemed reasonable by the line manager to ensure the very highest level of consistent service delivery to all our customers.
