This includes a major investment in new children's homes. Our goal is to support and nurture children to stay in their communities and thrive. We are looking for people who have the right values, motivation and commitment to work in this rewarding yet challenging role.
You will become part of a team providing a stimulating, nurturing environment to enable our children and young people to reach their full potential. It is not essential that you have previous experience of working in residential homes as we recognise that individuals come with a wide range of experiences and transferable skills. We offer an excellent induction and training package, including supporting you to attain a level 3 qualification in working with Children and Young people, if you do not already have this. You will be required to work shifts on a rota basis, including evenings and weekends.
