About the Role:

At CARMA, we are looking for an experienced Insights Manager to Deliver strategic, high-quality reports for key clients by analyzing media content and deriving actionable insights. Take ownership of report quality and client satisfaction while continuously improving the reporting process to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Analysis and Reporting:

  • Report Ownership: Take full ownership of the final quality of reports, ensuring they meet client standards and expectations.
  • Strategic Insights: Analyze media content to extract high-level, strategic insights.
  • High-Quality Reporting: Produce high-quality client reports, both qualitative and quantitative, within tight deadlines. Include tables, charts, summaries, and narratives to clearly present findings.
  • Ongoing Report Enhancement: Seek feedback from senior insight managers and operational insight managers to improve the reports and continuously enhance the reporting process.
  • Template Design and structure: Design templates for reports based on client requirements.

Process and Efficiency:

  • Ongoing Process Enhancement: Continuously work on enhancing the reporting process to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Workflow Coordination: Coordinate with different departments (Client Success, Coding, Social Media Monitoring, Project Operations) to plan workflows and ensure timely report delivery.

Compliance and Additional Duties:

  • Policy Adherence: Comply with CARMA policies and procedures, supporting the company's mission and vision.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Education

BA in Journalism, Business Analytics, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations or any related field.

Experience

4 years and more of experience in an analytical role (including data analysis, market research) within marketing research, media intelligence and data technology, or consulting firm is preferred.

1 year of Market research, data analytics or exposure to traditional and social media is preferred.

Familiar with data visualization and dashboard tools, Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, etc.

Experience in both qualitative and quantitative reporting is preferred.
