The candidate will join the Lease Management Team supporting the management of the firm's portfolio leases and assets. Based in Dublin, the Manager, Lease Management will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers to ensure that their billings and subsequent payments are correctly reflected within the lease management system, and will serve as a key contact for all on-lease matters.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of customers, utilizing service providers
- Allocate received payments from lessees to ensure accurate receivables management
- Maintain accuracy of servicer reporting for allocated accounts
- Collaborate with Lease Management, Contracts, Credit, and Technical teams in managing airline customer portfolios
- Coordinate with Marketing Team for feedback on receivables status
- Reconcile customer receivables as needed
Maintenance Claims
- Support active maintenance claims, managing third-party service providers
- Extract legal language from contractual documents
- Create/review reimbursement calculations
- Conduct quarterly analysis on claim data
Other Responsibilities
- Participate in Deal Teams for your airline clients
- Coordinate with Outsource Provider on contract and lease terms transfer
- Assist fund accountants with report queries from management agents/investors
- Review and improve processes for efficiency and reporting accuracy
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Third-level education in a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in aircraft leasing or aviation finance
- Knowledge of Leaseworks or similar contract management systems
- Effective communication skills and ability to distill messages clearly
- Strong relationship-building skills and stakeholder management
