Analyst, Product Specialist, Global Private Equity Investor Relations Basic information Job Name: Analyst, Product Specialist, Global Private Equity Investor Relations Location: London Line of Business: Investor Relations Job Function: Investor Relations Date: Friday, February 28, 2025 Position Summary Carlyle seeks to hire a Product Specialist in our Global Private Equity Investor Relations Group, based in London. The Product Specialist will be primarily responsible for product coverage of Carlyle\’s European Private Equity strategy, comprising Carlyle Europe Partners and Carlyle Europe Technology Partners. The Product Specialist will handle workstreams related to fundraising processes, product and strategy development, and investor requests. The successful candidate must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert across European private equity strategies. Maintain fund-level and portfolio-level talking points. Conduct market research and performance benchmarking. Prepare presentations and content for investor meetings and conferences. Develop and maintain relationships with Investment Teams, Sales, Fund Management, Legal, and Compliance to coordinate cross-department workstreams. Manage information flow through fundraising processes. Support pre-marketing, strategy, and product development initiatives for new fund launches. Update marketing and due diligence materials. Oversee datarooms and access monitoring. Maintain the fundraising pipeline. Respond to investor diligence requests. Coordinate roadshows, meetings, and due diligence sessions. Qualifications Education & Certificates Bachelor\’s degree required. 1-3 years of relevant experience. Proven organizational and project management skills. Competencies & Attributes Strong team player. Solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
