About Our Client: Our client is a leading global law firm with a strong presence across both Real Estate and Real Estate Finance. The Firm acts for major lenders and borrowers on high-profile matters, often involving a cross-border element.
The Role: Our client is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance partner to help lead and develop this offering further. Having invested heavily in transactional Real Estate over the past 2 years, the next stage in the strategic growth of the department is to enhance the Real Estate Finance offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take on a key role in the development of the Firm's London Real Estate Finance offering.
- Actively engage in business development and increasing the Firm's Real Estate Finance client base.
- Liaise with other areas of the Firm's wider Finance and Real Estate offerings to provide assistance on transactions.
- Contribute to the training and development of fee-earners within the Real Estate Finance offering.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A strong background (ideally as an already established partner) in Real Estate Finance.
- Be able to demonstrate a clear track record of winning work and ideally have a solid personal business case. Experience of leading a Real Estate Finance offering would be preferable.
- Prior experience of acting for both lender and borrower clients.
