The Firm is synonymous with premier, high-profile transactional work, particularly within Private Equity, Funds, and M&A. Our client is currently interested in high-calibre Corporate Tax NQs (September 25 intake) to join its market-leading Tax practice group. The team\’s client list includes PLCs, household names in the PE sphere, and retail giants. A training contract gained at either a US firm with a similar profile to our client, or an elite international/circle practice. At least one seat in Corporate Tax, ideally with supporting seats in either M&A, Private Equity, and/or Funds. Exposure to and involvement in some of the best Corporate Tax work available in the London market. The opportunity to work alongside and learn from Tier 1 ranked Corporate Tax partners.
