About Our Client: Our client is an elite US firm with a Tier 1 client roster in London. The Firm is synonymous with premier, high-profile transactional work, particularly within Private Equity, Funds, and M&A.

The Role: Our client is currently interested in high-calibre Corporate Tax NQs (September 25 intake) to join its market-leading Tax practice group. The team's client list includes PLCs, household names in the PE sphere, and retail giants.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A training contract gained at either a US firm with a similar profile to our client, or an elite international/circle practice.
  • At least one seat in Corporate Tax, ideally with supporting seats in either M&A, Private Equity, and/or Funds.
