The Role

As our Sous Chef, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our menu to life and ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly. You’ll be the right hand to our Head Chef, helping to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Support Culinary Leadership: Work closely with the Head Chef to design and execute a menu that embodies the rich flavors and traditions of Italy.
• Mentor the Team: Guide and inspire junior chefs, ensuring they develop their skills and maintain the highest culinary standards.
• Ensure Consistency: Oversee food preparation and presentation, making sure every dish meets our exacting quality standards.
• Manage Operations: Assist in managing kitchen operations, including inventory control, food costs, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Innovate with Passion: Contribute to menu development by bringing fresh ideas and creative flair to the table.
