The Role:

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, and ensuring work surfaces are clean and sanitary.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, and help with organising and storing deliveries.
• Properly dispose of waste and recycling, keeping the kitchen area tidy and free of hazards.
• Help with the organisation and restocking of ingredients and supplies, making sure the kitchen is always ready for service.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for everyone in the kitchen.
