Carluccio’s Cambridge is seeking a Sous Chef to help bring our authentic Italian menu to life and keep the kitchen running smoothly.
You’ll work closely with the Head Chef, mentor junior chefs, oversee food preparation and quality, manage inventory and costs, and contribute to menu development.
