We’re hiring Assemblers for our Stafford, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

Location: Stafford, TX 77477

Pay: $18/hr

Hours: 8am-5pm

Duration: temp-to-hire

Description of Duties:

  • Assemble industrial fans according to work instructions and blueprints
  • Wire electrical components during the assembly process
  • Test completed fans to ensure proper operation
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and tape measures
  • Report any quality or safety issues to a supervisor immediately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S standards)
  • Accurately record labor and production information in the company system
  • Label and identify parts and materials with the correct work order numbers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in mechanical, manufacturing, or machinery assembly
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions
  • Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, tape measures)
  • Basic mechanical and electrical assembly skills
  • Ability to assemble, wire, and test mechanical equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to identify and report quality or safety concerns
