We’re hiring Assemblers for our Stafford, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
Location: Stafford, TX 77477
Pay: $18/hr
Hours: 8am-5pm
Duration: temp-to-hire
Description of Duties:
- Assemble industrial fans according to work instructions and blueprints
- Wire electrical components during the assembly process
- Test completed fans to ensure proper operation
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and tape measures
- Report any quality or safety issues to a supervisor immediately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S standards)
- Accurately record labor and production information in the company system
- Label and identify parts and materials with the correct work order numbers
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mechanical, manufacturing, or machinery assembly
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions
- Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, tape measures)
- Basic mechanical and electrical assembly skills
- Ability to assemble, wire, and test mechanical equipment
