Insurance Operations Manager | Fast-Growing Insurance Group | Newly Created Role | Central London | Salary circa 75,000 plus benefits An ambitious and rapidly expanding insurance business is looking to appoint an experienced Insurance Operations Manager into a newly created and highly influential role.

This is an opportunity to help build and develop the operational infrastructure of a growing insurance platform, supporting businesses operating across the MGA, insurance intermediary and specialist broking markets.

Working closely with senior leadership, portfolio company executives and key stakeholders, the successful candidate will help create consistent, scalable and commercially effective operational frameworks across the group.

Previous experience within the insurance industry is essential for this position.

The Role The Insurance Operations Manager will support the development and management of the operational infrastructure required to facilitate the continued growth of the group and its portfolio companies.
