We are working with an award-winning multi-purpose retail outlet with 5 large venues across the South of England, each venue has an on-site restaurant. These restaurants provide breakfast and lunch dining, operating between the core hours of 9am to 5pm on Mondays to Saturdays and between 10:00am and 4:00pm on a Sunday. The venue offers full breakfast service until 11.30am and then an array of hot food, served counter style, which includes fresh pizzas, home-cooked pies and an on-site carvery.
As Kitchen Manager, we are looking for someone who can control the food operation, ensuring consistency across service and control of budgets.
