We are working with this award-winning multi-purpose retail outlet with 5 large venues across the South of England, each venue has an on-site restaurant. These restaurants provide Breakfast and Lunch dining, operating between the core hours of 9am to 5pm on Mondays to Saturdays and between 10:00am and 4:00pm on a Sunday.
We are seeking an experienced Group Head of Hospitality to lead the multi-site restaurant operation. This is a senior leadership role focused on delivering hospitality strategy, driving financial performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all locations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver the hospitality strategy in line with business objectives
- Drive sales, margin, and cost performance across all sites
- Implement and maintain operational standards and SOPs
- Lead, develop, and inspire multi-site hospitality teams
- Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality
- Oversee Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance
- Manage supplier relationships and support menu development
- Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance
