About Carlton Scott
We’re a business consultancy and mentorship platform supporting UK entrepreneurs with the tools, resources, and strategies they need to grow. Through our Learning Vault, we deliver high-value video modules, worksheets, templates, and training materials designed to make business education practical, accessible, and engaging.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing the backend and presentation of our Learning Vault content. From uploading new modules and downloadable workbooks to ensuring a smooth learner experience, you’ll play a critical role in how our members interact with, and benefit from our digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and organise video modules, PDFs, and assets into our Learning Vault platform (e.g., Kajabi, Thinkific, or similar)
- Maintain and update course content as needed (new versions, branding changes, content corrections)
- Coordinate with the founder and content creators to ensure timely release of new modules
- Check for broken links, incorrect files, or tech issues and ensure user experience is smooth
- Organise assets into easy-to-navigate structures (course categories, download folders, etc.)
- Monitor student progress and feedback, identifying areas for improvement
- Assist with course setup, quizzes, and certification flows where required
- Ensure all assets follow Carlton Scott branding, naming conventions, and quality guidelines
Who You Are
- Highly organised and detail-focused
- Experienced using course platforms such as Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, or similar
- Confident using tools like Canva, Google Drive, Loom, and project management platforms
- Comfortable working behind the scenes but also capable of communicating clearly with the team
- Interested in business, education, or entrepreneurship (ideal but not essential)
- Bonus: Experience in instructional design, content production, or digital asset management
