As a Sales Executive you will play a key role in expanding the company’s customer base, fostering new business relationships, and promoting their high-quality services to potential clients.
You will be responsible for contacting leads, managing client enquiries, and contributing to the overall sales growth of the company. Training will be given.
Essentials:
• Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within a property-based company – not essential
• Previous experience in managing a sales pipeline and achieving targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.
• Following up leads and speaking with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Present the clients\’ services in a compelling manner to potential customers.
• Effectively communicate the benefits and value of the company’s solutions to clients.
• Manage and follow up on sales leads, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor services, and market conditions.
