The Role
This is a hands-on role, and it helps to be of a practical mindset. You’ll support the day-to-day running of the studios, prepare studios for shoots and help ensure everything is ready for a seamless production.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing studios before and after shoots, including regular painting of studios
- Moving and preparing lighting equipment for shoots
- Keeping studios, communal areas and facilities clean, tidy and presentable
- Carrying out basic maintenance and practical tasks around the building
- Checking lighting equipment and reporting any faults or damage

- You’ll be someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in your work and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends when required
- The ability to lift and move studio equipment safely
- Experience in a studio environment and using lighting equipment
- An interest in photography, filmmaking or the creative industries
- Basic DIY or maintenance skills
