Our client seeks an articulate professional with a passion for fine fashion accessories.
The successful candidate will be focused, friendly, highly organised, efficient, and able to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Process, package, track and send out online orders.
- Handle incoming phone calls.
- Respond to online and customer queries via e‑mail and telephone.
- Sort and distribute incoming post and organise and send outgoing post.
- Manage stock processing and restocking of retail outlets.
- Merchandise stock in branches of a well‑known department store.
- Travel within the UK on short business trips.
- Use Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Use Adobe Photoshop to edit images.
- Liaise with the production team to produce quotations for special orders and ensure timely order processing.
- Monitor and replenish warehouse stock.
- Ensure the website reflects current stock levels.
- Process stock recalls and returns.
- Organise collections and deliveries to stores and the warehouse.
- Conduct store visits for merchandising and stock checks.
- Implement price changes.
- Set up new products.
- Additional Duties
- Use content management systems to maintain and update website content and images.
- Create ideas and images for seasonal promotions on the websites.
- Maintain filing systems.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education includes A levels.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Experience dealing with customers via e‑mail and telephone.
- Attention to detail and an eye for good display.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
