As Container Operations Coordinator you will be providing administrative support to the Container Operations team, ensuring excellent customer service to all internal and external contacts.
We are looking for a strong Administrator who has some freight forwarding / Shipping / Transport admin experience, is PC literate and is a team player.
Key Responsibilities:- Stock checks
- Updating daily movements
- Issuing on hire and off hire references
- Raising sales orders and invoices
- Create work orders
- Liaise with depots
- Liaise with Clients
- Update database
- Arrange freight forwarding
- Import/export clearances
- General support to Manager, department and team
- Experience within a similar role
- Freight Forwarding / Shipping / Transport background
