Location: Chessington
Salary: £24,000 (p/a inclusive of alternate Saturdays OTE £34,000) Plus bonus – to be discussed at interview stage but currently in the region of an additional £8,000
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1 week in office, 2 weeks WFH)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 9.00am 6.00pm; Saturdays – Alternate - 9.00am – 4.30pm – paid extra, see above

Do you enjoy dealing with customers? Are you experienced in telephone sales? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Let Property Advisor! Our client is seeking a full time Let Property Advisor to join their very busy Let Property insurance team.
You will have experience in the insurance industry, in particular Home Insurance and enjoy dealing with customers.
Essentials:
- Minimum 12 months Insurance Brokerage experience.
- Experience in Home Insurance.
- Able to provide a high standard of Customer Service.
- Telephone Sales experience.
- CII qualifications ideal, (In-house support provided, if not yet obtained.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Working within FCA guidelines.
- Following Data Protection guidelines.
- Liaising with clients on all incoming/outgoing calls.
- Liaising with Insurance companies and the Premium funding company.
- Prospect and identify potential new business opportunities.
- Chase outstanding diary notes/issue letters within time frame/cancel Policies.
- Invite and chase policies due for Renewal until they are renewed or lapsed.
- General administration duties.
- Assist other departments within the business when necessary.
