We are seeking an experienced IFA / Wealth Management Administrator to join our client at their friendly office in Hemel Hempstead. A background in Financial Services is desirable. You will be supporting the Financial Advisers to provide the best advice and service to a variety of clients. This is an office-based position and provides excellent career progression.
Duties include:
- Act as point of contact for all clients and providers
- Maintaining client database, updating accurately
- Assist with processing of new business and review packs
- Other administration duties as required
You must be a team player with excellent customer service skills and have a commitment to providing outstanding advice. Previous experience in a similar role is required.
In return you will receive a healthy salary, a 9 - 5 working day with 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, in a friendly, supportive environment with excellent career development prospects.
