This exciting opportunity includes an array of tasks in which no day will be the same. The Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Executive shall be handling calls from customers and deliver an exceptional level of customer service that continually exceeds their expectations. The customer service executive shall be providing expert advice and accurate information to customers including pre and post travel bookings, amendments and cancellations while checking travel documentation.

To be considered for this role, you must have travel agency, tour operator or hotel experience, able to read and write both Portuguese and English fluently and be able to handle a wide range of customers for pre and post travel. Ability to think on your feet, along with excellent communication skills is imperative for this customer service role along with meticulous attention to detail. Strong technical skills and Microsoft program knowledge is essential, with excellent listening and problem solving skills along with the ability to provide empathy with the customer.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • GDS trained senior travel consultant position you will have proven experience with one of the major reservation systems such as Amadeus or Worldspan.
  • You will need to have experience with fares & ticketing, issuing EMDS and refunds.
  • We are looking for someone who can work in the evening and weekends based on a 5 day week.
  • This role is suited to someone who has worked out of hours and can commit to work later in day and at weekends.
