Carlton Group Practice is seeking an experienced ACP/ANP to join our multi-disciplinary primary care team in Burton-on-Trent. This permanent post can be full-time or part-time, with duties including autonomous assessment, triage, prescribing within policy, and collaboration with GPs, pharmacists and nurses.
The practice serves around 17,000 patients across two sites and is expanding toward a new purpose-built centre planned for completion in late 2027 / early 2028, offering a dynamic environment
