An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hotel Receptionist to join our team here at Carlton George Hotel.
Our reception team, offer a warm, friendly and professional service from when our guests arrive at the hotel until they leave.
The Carlton George is a 4 star boutique hotel based in city centre, just minutes from Queen Street Station and Buchanan Street. The hotel has 64 bedrooms, Restaurant and and Executive Lounge.
You should be friendly and outgoing and in general be a real super star who want to help put our hotel at the forefront of customer service, and showing why People Make Glasgow.
The successful applicant for this role will be able to demonstrate they have the passion to provide provide excellent service that exceeds our customer\’s expectations, can maximize revenue opportunities, can maintain standards and deliver a level of high performance consistency.
Experience is not essential but would be advantageous.
Shift patterns for example are 7:00-15:00 , 14:00-22:00 or 15:00-23:00, based on a 5/7 rota. Occasional cover shifts, for example, 10:00-18:00 are allocated as well. Please consider transport options before applying as weekend working will be required as well as early starts and late finishes.
