What We Look For
- A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience (investment banking, transaction services, private equity, or strategy consulting)
- In-depth knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, and M&A transactions
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in another European language is an advantage
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
