As an M&A Analyst, you will

• Take responsibility for critical phases of the M&A process
• Contribute to the origination and execution of M&A mandates
• Prepare and structure process documents and materials
• Evaluate key drivers in our core sectors and prepare industry and sector analyses
• Make a meaningful contribution to the team with your personality and professional expertise

What We Look For

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience (investment banking, transaction services, private equity, or strategy consulting)
• In-depth knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, and M&A transactions
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with exceptional attention to detail
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in another European language is an advantage
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
