What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervising and coordinating operations to ensure seamless service.
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation.
  • Managing guest relations, addressing any issues, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting with staff training and development to uphold Carl’s Jr. brand standards.
  • Supporting the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals.
  • Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere where both staff and guests thrive.

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast‑paced environment.
