About the role:
We are now recruiting for a Small Pack Support Operative to join us. Reporting to the Small pack Team Leader, this role will be responsible for helping the packaging team/shift achieve quality and efficiency based KPI’s on our state-of-the-art packaging line.
Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operating Dry-end machines.
- Manage machine changeovers to ensure efficient size and product changes (to minimise line down time).
- Complete and document quality assurance checks.
- Relieves the Key Operative during break period to keep the line running.
- Confirm to all Quality standards to Provide Quality Assurance to our customers.
- Health & Safety minded with understanding and compliance to site safety rules.
- Ownership of 5S and Hygiene within working area.
Experience and Key Attributes:
- A good understanding of bottling and canning packaging machines.
- Has a strong track record of performance of production and packaging line.
- FLT license Holder.
- Thinks ahead and communicates clear with the team and key stakeholders.
- Conscientious, with desire to develop as a skilled operative.
