Location: Northampton Brewery – Hybrid (3 days a week on site)

About the role: We are now recruiting for a Finance Analyst – Production to join our Brewery Production Finance Team. This role will help improve financial performance and provide insight across our manufacturing operations.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals, and prepayments
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including data gathering and model updates
  • Partner with operational teams to provide financial insight and cost control support
  • Maintain and improve financial models, reports, and data accuracy (Excel/BI tools)
  • Support audit, compliance, and internal controls, ensuring accurate and reliable reporting
  • Identify and implement process improvements in reporting and analysis
  • Ensure financial processes are followed and documented, particularly around production spend, investment approvals, and cost allocations
  • Assist the Finance Manager with ad-hoc projects

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • Part CIMA Qualified, or the equivalent is desired
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or supply chain finance role
  • Well-organized with the ability to solve problems and deliver practical solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled at analysing complex data, simplifying key findings, and presenting clear recommendations
  • Ability to work effectively across production groups and help improve day-to-day operations
  • Knowledge and experience in SAP
  • Proficient Excel skills and comfortable handling large volumes of data
